Our story
Whilst our founder and Managing Director, “Shooter McGavin”, David Scott, was searching for a property in the beautiful capital, he realised that this experience should be fun, joyful and exciting, rather than a stressful and bland ordeal. Why settle for mediocre in a world that is filled with colour and opportunity?
From this revelation, Nest was born! A creative agency that strives to showcase properties and agents alike in their most stunning light.
Since these humble beginnings in 2019, we have grown into a team of skilled individuals who are proud of everything Nest stands for. Don’t worry - you will meet us all in our next blog post and get a real look into the people behind the business.

Our Property Capture team are incredibly well versed in the marketing of each individual property. Be it a cosy one bed flat in the centre of town or a sizable country estate, we have you covered. With total property captures now passing, at pace, the 3,000 mark in the last 18 months, we can ensure through our stylish photography, videography, virtual tours, floorplans and drone capture that your property is marketed in a visually stunning and engaging way.
A large part of our work here is to liaise closely with our clients and homeowners alike to gain an in-depth understanding of the property, the key selling points, and to prepare the property for capture so as to ensure the best possible results. We love it.
